Do I need a consultation first?
A consultation is built into your first appointment. Your technician reviews your skin type, medical history and goals before treatment begins.
How should I prepare?
For laser hair removal, shave rather than wax and avoid tanning beforehand. For microneedling, stop retinol and acid exfoliants 5 to 7 days before. Your technician sends full guidance when you book.
Can I book at any clinic?
Yes. All twelve locations use the same equipment, protocols and price list, so book whichever is most convenient.
