Microneedling in Toronto
Collagen induction therapy on the Health Canada approved Dr. Pen A20, at our Midtown Toronto clinic.

Our Midtown Toronto clinic at 34 Berwick Ave is one block from Yonge and Eglinton in midtown, under five minutes on foot from Eglinton subway station. The same rooms that run our laser hair removal service host Microneedling appointments, so your whole skin plan lives in one place.
Full detail on how microneedling works, what it treats and what a course costs is on our microneedling page. This clinic also offers needle-free bio microneedling.

How to choose a microneedling clinic in Toronto
Toronto has more places offering microneedling than almost any other treatment, and the range in what you actually get is wide. These are the questions worth asking before you book anywhere — including here.
Which device, and at what depth?
Ask for the device by name. We use the Health Canada approved Dr. Pen A20 with sterile single-use cartridges, and depth is set area by area — shallower around the eyes, deeper on scar tissue. A clinic that cannot name its device, or that runs everyone at one depth, is doing something closer to a facial than to collagen induction.
Who is holding the pen?
Ask who will treat you, by name, and whether it is the same person next time. At our Toronto clinic it is Sahar. Continuity matters more here than in most treatments, because depth and technique are judged against how your skin responded last session.
Is the price published?
Our prices are on the pricing page and are the same at every clinic. If a Toronto clinic will only quote you on the day, or the price moves once you are in the room, that tells you something before any needle does.
Will they tell you when not to book?
This is the one most people never ask. Active breakouts are a contraindication. Ice-pick scars respond less predictably than rolling or boxcar scars. Melasma can worsen with the wrong approach. A clinic that says yes to everything is not assessing you.
What else this Toronto clinic offers
Midtown is one of eight clinics running our full treatment list, so the add-ons and alternatives are all available in the same room rather than at another location.
- PRP and PRF — your own platelets, drawn and prepared during the same visit, delivered through the microneedling channels.
- Microneedling with exosomes — available here, with an honest account of what the evidence does and does not currently show.
- Bio microneedling — the needle-free alternative, using silica spicules rather than a device.
- Chemical peels — the better option if your concern is tone and pigmentation rather than texture or scarring.
If you are not sure which of those you want, that is a consultation question rather than a booking decision, and we would rather you asked.
Meet your Toronto technician
Meet Sahar, the technician who will look after you in Toronto. Every treatment is performed by a trained, named technician, never a rotating stranger.

Great, as always. Professional and friendly.
Treating a specific concern
Needle depth, the number of passes and the length of a course are set by what is being treated. Each concern is covered in full on its own page:
Microneedling questions we hear in Toronto
How do I reach the clinic by TTC?
Take Line 1 to Eglinton station. Exit toward Yonge Street, walk one block south and turn onto Berwick Avenue. The walk is under five minutes.
Can I book microneedling and laser hair removal at the Toronto clinic?
Yes. Our Toronto clinic runs microneedling and laser hair removal in the same rooms, so you can plan both treatments on one visit or on a schedule that suits you.
How much does microneedling cost in Toronto?
Our prices are published rather than quoted on the day, and they are the same at our Toronto clinic as at every other location. What moves the figure is the area being treated and how many sessions your concern needs — texture and dullness are often finished in three, established acne scarring is planned for six or more. The full list is on our pricing page.
How many sessions will I need?
Three sessions covers most people treating texture, enlarged pores or dullness. Acne scarring is a longer course — six or more — because the collagen remodelling that changes a scar happens over four to twelve weeks, which is also why sessions are spaced four to six weeks apart rather than booked back to back.
Can I add PRP or exosomes at the Toronto clinic?
Yes. Midtown is one of eight clinics offering the full list, so PRP, PRF, exosomes and bio microneedling are all available here. Whether you need an add-on at all is worth discussing — for texture and pores, standard microneedling with a hyaluronic acid serum is usually enough.
