Our Scarborough clinic is the original Femme Laser Clinic and still our flagship. You will find us at 2855 Markham Road, Unit 205, at the corner of Markham Road and McNicoll Avenue in northeast Scarborough, a short drive from Milliken Park and about ten minutes up the road from the Toronto Zoo.
Our approach is simple: one clinic, one named device, one public price list. Every technician here trains on the FEMME 4D before treating a single client, and because this location doubles as the FEMME 4D showroom for Canada, you are quite literally being treated where the technology lives.
Plaza parking is free and steps from the door, which matters in February. Clients reach us from Markham, Milliken, Agincourt and Malvern; the 129 McCowan North and 102 Markham Rd TTC buses both stop nearby.
Why Scarborough and Pickering book with Femme
The flagship advantage
This location is both our first clinic and the Canadian home of FEMME 4D technology. New treatment protocols start here.
Free parking at the door
Park free in the plaza right outside and walk straight in for your appointment, in and out in under half an hour.
Prices before you visit
Our full list, $25 to $299 per session, is published below, so you can budget your course before you book.
Meet your Scarborough technician
Meet Zarana, the technician who will look after you in Scarborough. Every treatment is performed by a trained, named technician, never a rotating stranger.

Zarana
Certified and trained on the FEMME 4D before treating a single client.
Coming from Pickering, Ajax or the Rouge
Markham Road sits in east Scarborough, on the Pickering side of the city, with Highway 401 running between the two. For west Pickering and the Rouge the clinic is closer than most of downtown Toronto, and we treat clients from Pickering, Ajax, the Rouge, Malvern and Agincourt as well as Scarborough itself.
There is no separate Femme clinic in Pickering; Scarborough is the location for this eastern edge of the city and the Durham boundary beyond it. Because pricing is national and published, travelling in from Pickering costs nothing extra: $25 for neck or fingers, $50 for underarms, $95 for full legs, $299 for full body.
Sessions run fifteen to twenty-five minutes for most areas and fall four to eight weeks apart. With a full course spanning six to eight visits, booking each appointment as you leave is the simplest way to keep the spacing intact — it shapes the final result more than any individual session does.
The device your session runs on
Every laser hair removal treatment in Scarborough is performed on the FEMME 4D, a Health Canada and FDA approved diode laser that blends four wavelengths (755, 808, 940 and 1064 nm) in a single ice-cooled pass.
- Safe for every skin tone, Fitzpatrick I to VI
- Sapphire tip cooled to -5°C, most clients feel warmth, not pain
- Large 12 x 20 mm spot treats areas fast: 15 to 25 minutes per session
- 80 to 90 percent hair reduction across a full treatment course

Laser hair removal pricing in Scarborough & Pickering
Per session, with six-session package prices alongside. Identical at every Femme Laser Clinic.
Prices in CAD. The limited-time $175/session bundle covers face & neck, underarms, full arms, full legs and Brazilian.
How your course of sessions works
Every Femme clinic follows the same protocol: a consultation and patch test before anything else, shaving the area a day or two beforehand, the cooled treatment pass itself, then aftercare. Sessions run four to six weeks apart because only follicles in their active growth phase respond, and most people complete six to eight for eighty to ninety percent lasting reduction.
Each step, and why it is done that way, is set out in full in our laser hair removal guide. The protocol in Scarborough is identical to every other Femme clinic.
Questions we hear in Scarborough & Pickering
Where do I park at the Scarborough clinic?
The plaza at 2855 Markham Road has free parking directly outside. We are upstairs in Unit 205, at Markham and McNicoll.
Can I get to the clinic by TTC?
Yes. The 129 McCowan North and 102 Markham Rd routes stop close to the plaza, and we are about 15 minutes from Scarborough Centre station by bus.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients describe the FEMME 4D as warm rather than painful. The sapphire tip is chilled below freezing and cools the skin on contact through every pulse.
How many sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, so plan for 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. Six-session packages are priced well below single-session rates.
How should I prepare?
Shave the area 1 to 2 days before, avoid waxing and plucking for 4 weeks beforehand, and avoid tanning. Arrive with clean skin, no lotions or makeup on the area.
Is it safe for dark skin?
Yes. The FEMME 4D’s 1064 nm wavelength has low melanin absorption, making it the established choice for deeper skin tones, while 755 and 808 nm handle lighter tones and fine hair.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
It delivers permanent hair reduction. Most clients see 80 to 90 percent lasting reduction after a full course, with occasional maintenance sessions to catch any regrowth.
Can I shave between sessions?
Yes, shaving between sessions is fine and encouraged. Avoid waxing, plucking or threading, which remove the follicle the laser needs to target.
What areas can be treated?
Almost anywhere: face and neck, underarms, arms, legs, back, stomach, bikini line and Brazilian. Our full price list covers every area.
Do you treat clients from Pickering?
Yes. The clinic is at 2855 Markham Road, Unit 205 in east Scarborough, a short run along Highway 401 from Pickering. We also treat clients from Ajax, the Rouge, Malvern and Agincourt.
Is there a Femme clinic in Pickering?
No. Our Scarborough clinic serves Pickering and the eastern edge of Toronto. Equipment, pricing and treatment protocol are the same at every Femme location.
Are there side effects?
Temporary redness or mild swelling around the follicles for a day is normal. Serious side effects are rare when settings are matched to your skin, which is why we patch test first.
