New locationWhat facials actually does
A facial is not one treatment. What suits you depends on whether you are treating congestion, dullness, texture or dehydration, and the right choice changes with the season and your skin at the time.
We run three: HydraFacial for cleansing, extraction and hydration in a single session; OxyGeneo for exfoliation with oxygenation; and microdermabrasion for physical resurfacing. All three are no-downtime treatments, so they suit an appointment before an event as much as ongoing maintenance.
Choosing between them
HydraFacial suits congested or dehydrated skin and is the most popular first booking. OxyGeneo suits dull skin that needs brightening, and layers exfoliation with an oxygenation step. Microdermabrasion is the most physical of the three and suits rough texture and superficial marks. If you are not sure, the technician will assess your skin at the start of the appointment and tell you which of the three fits — including telling you when none of them is the right answer.
What a session involves
1. Skin assessment
A short consultation to establish what you are treating and whether a facial is the right tool for it.
2. Cleanse and prep
The skin is cleansed and degreased so the active steps reach the surface evenly.
3. The treatment
Extraction, exfoliation or resurfacing depending on which facial you booked.
4. Serums and protection
Finishing serums are matched to your skin, then SPF before you leave.
5. No downtime
You can wear makeup the same day. Most people book monthly for maintenance.
Facials questions we hear most
Which facial should I book?
HydraFacial for congestion and dehydration, OxyGeneo for dullness and brightening, microdermabrasion for rough texture. If you are unsure, book any of the three and the technician will assess your skin and adjust.
Is there downtime?
No. All three are no-downtime treatments. You may look slightly flushed for an hour, and you can wear makeup the same day.
How often should I have one?
Monthly suits most people, which matches the skin cell turnover cycle. Before an event, book five to seven days ahead rather than the day before.
Can I have a facial if I am also having laser hair removal?
Yes, but not on the same area on the same day. Tell us what else you are booked in for and we will space them properly.
Do you require a membership?
No. Pricing is published per treatment and in packages, with no membership or subscription.
Pricing
Prices are published rather than quoted on the day, and they are the same at every clinic. See the full list on the pricing page, or message us on WhatsApp and we will send the figures for the areas you are asking about.
